Eve of Fasting: Let Them Pray

"Many men owe the grandeur of their lives to their tremendous difficulties."
~Charles Spurgeon

Adam and his family are facing tremendous difficulties. Let's continue our support for them. We will be uniting in prayer and fasting, tomorrow (Wednesday, December 1st). There is much to pray about, beginning with our "breakfast" post at 6:00 a.m. (Eastern). We will start the morning with a prayer of praise and thanksgiving.

As always, we would love for you to pray with us. Although encouraged, there is no requirement to fast. This week's posts may be somewhat abbreviated because of our family reunion, but we will be praying.

This evening, pray that the Holy Spirit would move many people to set aside time to pray for Adam, tomorrow.

James 5:13-16

13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.

Talk with you in the morning.
